TS Charitable Trust

The trust was founded by Mr.Sivanna. He grew up in poverty and faced a lot of hurdles during his growing years. He was supported during these years by a few samaritans. This instilled in him a need to return this kindness to society and other under privileged children.

Sivanna Honnappa & his wife MM Thayamma have completed 10 years of married life and on this occasion, both decided to present an unforgettable image to their motherland. This was in the form of a trust that was created by the joint efforts of 4 people namely MM Thayamma, Sivanna Honnappa, N Shivaramappa, Geethamma.

To develop, in association with small marginal dry land farmers, rural communities and other agents in sustainable agriculture, a body of traditional and scientific knowledge related to durable land use practices.
To establish linkages with other institutions in sustainable agriculture natural resource management to create synergy and build capacity.
To provide agricultural policy-makers with relevant field-based information for facilitation and improving the decision-making processes.
To increase public awareness regarding sustainable natural resource management and its ramifications, especially in fragile agro-ecological situations.
To strengthen the capacities in NGOs, government organizations, farmers-institutions and other field-level development agents by providing them training in sustainable natural resource management.
To undertake and assist rural development and relief for poor by all conceivable means and especially in the areas relating to relief in times of natural and other calamities, improvement of basic amenities like water supply, electricity, roads, transport, drainage and sanitation, town and country planning, development of education, medical and health care, women and child welfare, development of small and cottage industries, industrial and agriculture development and for purposes of achievement of the aforesaid agricultural development and for purposes of achievement of the aforesaid objects to establish, maintain and run educational institutions, hospitals and health centers, research and training centers, laboratories, workshops, and the like and to interact with and make representations before public bodies and authorities in pursuance of the main objectives.
To promote and assist research and development activities in all branches of science and technology, to promote public awareness and to generally promote and assist in the implementation of social welfare measures and to engage in public charitable activities and any activity of general public utility.
To grant aid, render assistance, advice, consultancy and donate in cash or in kind to any individual, entity, organization, public charitable trusts, community and institutions.
To offer know-how, advice and technical guidance in the field of agriculture, animal husbandry, natural resource management, forestry, community health, education, environment, ecology and any other field for the purpose of promoting development and resources.
To undertake any other activity and pursue any other object incidental to the above mentioned objects.
To provide a financial / Moral support to the window’s children’s & Old age peoples for their livelihoods.
Constructing the Temples to all the public or Society to make use of their prayers… etc…
Provide the Medical help to HIV infected Children’s & all the ages.
